Position Summary
Ovadia Heart Health is seeking a US-based board-certified or board-eligible Physician (MD or DO) to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive telemedicine visits, review advanced labs and cardiac imaging, and collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, health coaches, and operations to deliver high-touch, prevention-focused care.

Position Overview
Ovadia Heart Health is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and operate our marketing function. This is a part-time (~20 hours/week), fully remote W2 employee role for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and drive measurable growth.
This is not a passive management role. You will be responsible for owning marketing performance—from idea generation to execution oversight—ensuring that everything we put into the market is aligned, high-quality, and driving results.
Who You'll Do
Drive Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and propose marketing initiatives, including launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Bring new ideas to the table to increase lead flow, engagement, and conversions
- Partner with leadership to align marketing with business goals
Own Execution & Performance
- Manage the content and campaign calendar across email, social, and web
- Oversee execution across all channels to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize based on results
Lead People & Resources
- Manage contractors and vendors (copywriters, designers, VAs, etc.)
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet standards
- Maintain strong communication and accountability across the team
Operate Marketing Systems
- Manage CRM and marketing automation (Keap preferred)
- Oversee email campaigns, funnels, and lead nurturing
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads and campaign performance
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent, high-quality marketing output across all channels
- Increased traffic, engagement, and conversions (especially to our core funnel)
- Strong alignment between marketing and sales
- Clear visibility into performance and data-driven decision making
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and drive results
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing contractors and external vendors
- Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools (Keap a plus)
- Strong communicator who can operate independently in a remote environment

Position Overview
Ovadia Heart Health is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to own and operate our HR function. This is a part-time (10-15 hours/week), fully remote W2 role for someone who can balance strategy, execution, and risk management.
This role is responsible for the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring that our HR systems, policies, and processes are structured, compliant, and built to scale.
Who You'll Do
Own the Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Lead all termination processes and documentation
- Improve the employee and contractor experience
- TBD: Run biweekly payroll (currently accounting function)
Drive HR Strategy & Structure
- Advise leadership on hiring, org structure, and team scaling
- Develop roles, compensation structures, and performance frameworks
- Align HR strategy with company growth
Manage Risk & Compliance
- Oversee HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and cultural risks
Build Systems & Processes
- Create and improve HR workflows and SOPs
- Implement scalable systems (e.g., time tracking, compliance frameworks)
- Streamline HR operations for efficiency and consistency
Workers’ Compensation Audit & Compliance
- Manage the annual workers’ compensation audit process
- Coordinate required documentation and ensure accurate payroll reporting
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
Partner with Leadership
- Work closely with the COO on HR execution and priorities
- Collaborate with the CFO on workforce planning, including budgeted hires and timelines
- Ensure hiring plans align with company growth and financial targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience (manager or senior generalist level)
- Strong understanding of multi state employment law and compliance
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Highly organized with strong process-building skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
- Experience with building out HR department and structure in rapidly growing work environments
- TBD: Experience with multi-state payroll and new overtime reporting laws (currently accounting function)
- Experience with Gusto, Wedge HR and/or similar HR platforms

Position Summary
Our Health Coaches play a key role in guiding clients through lifestyle and behavioral change while contributing to the development of our internal coaching systems, education resources, and team culture. This role combines client engagement, curriculum development, and team collaboration to build a strong, scalable, and supportive coaching program for all Practice Members and Employee Wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for the medical practice members of Ovadia Heart Health and for the wellness programs of I Fix Hearts focused on lifestyle modification, nutrition, mindset, and exercise.
- Develop personalized wellness plans aligned with client goals and company philosophy.
- Facilitate group sessions such as movement, breathwork, mindset, and leadership-based programs.
- Collaborate with medical and fitness teams for holistic care.
Qualifications
- Certified Health Coach (Primal Health, Nutrition Network, SMHP, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred for Senior/Lead levels)
- Background in functional health, nutrition, or wellness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Additional certifications in movement modalities (Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, etc.)
- Experience with Zoom and comfortable being on Zoom for approximately 50% of the 8-hour workday
- Self-managed and need minimal oversight
- Expectation is they have 4-5 client sessions per day, during an 8-hour workday
- Seeking a team member who is interested in longer term growth potential to create new content, new approaches and new programs
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate sessions as late as 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT.
- Work hours are flexible and will be determined in coordination with your manager, based on both your availability and the needs of the company.
